Maturation consists of making a scientific result reliable for target applications. It includes the following stages: feasibility validation, proof of concept establishment, prototyping and industrialization. It also includes aspects related to intellectual property and legal security.
During the maturation process, Sayens also assists researchers with commercial and marketing issues such as characterizing the offer, defining the business model, choosing the markets to be targeted, etc. in order to facilitate and accelerate the technology transfer either to an existing company or to a start-up.
Co-maturation combines the skills of Sayens’ academic research teams, experts and investment capacities with the know-how of the companies’ internal teams. Thanks to this high-level partnership, companies have access as soon as possible to an innovative technological solution developed alongside them in real conditions and adapted to their needs.
